On a clean work surface, slice ciabatta loaf in half lengthwise.
Spread Boar's Head Traditional Hummus on the bottom half of the bread.
Layer remaining ingredients in the following order: Boar's Head Thick Cut Bacon, romaine lettuce, sliced tomato, EverRoast_® Chicken.
Crown with the remaining half of bread.
